This Privacy Policy explains how Teclops AI ("we", "us") handles information when you visit this website and contact us. It applies to this marketing site only. Our products, Samvad AI and Gist, are deployed inside your own infrastructure, and the data they process never flows to us.

Data residency & on-prem note

This is the most important point on the page. Teclops products run inside your perimeter: on-premise, air-gapped, or hybrid. The documents, queries, and data those products process stay on infrastructure you own and control; they are not transmitted to Teclops AI. This website is the only place we collect information directly, and it collects only what the contact form submits.

Cookies & local storage

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics (Plausible) is cookieless and collects no personal data, so no cookie-consent banner is required to use this site. The only thing we store on your device is a small browser localStorage entry that remembers your light/dark theme preference; it is set only when you use the theme toggle, contains no identifier, and is never sent to our servers. You can clear it at any time through your browser's site-data settings.

Third parties

We rely on a limited set of service providers to run this site, such as hosting and email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their service to us and under appropriate contractual safeguards. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
